The best-reviewed webinars are usually the worst-selling ones. And no, it isn’t because you’re rubbish at selling.
Replays until the workshop ends, or six months if you go VIP. And yes, I will be sharing an offer at the end.
You gave them everything.
They said it was brilliant. Almost nobody bought.
I know that feeling and it sucks!
You did the work. You showed up. The chat was lovely. And then you sat there afterwards refreshing the sales page and wondering what on earth went wrong.
If that’s you, you’ve probably thought:
- “Maybe I gave away too much”
- “I just need more people on the call”
- “I’m rubbish at the selling bit. I know I rushed it”
- “My offer’s wrong. Maybe the price is wrong”
- “Webinars just don’t work any more”
I watch webinars for fun (I know I need to get out more)
And this is what I see…
The webinar was good. The teaching was clear, the slides were fine, the audience was the right audience.
… And that is exactly why it didn’t sell.
Webinars have
changed!
For about a decade webinars have looked the same.
Welcome, a bit about you, three things you should be doing differently, then the pitch at around minute forty-five and It worked.
It isn’t new now.
Your audience has sat through that exact hour many many times. They know the origin story is coming. They can feel roughly when you’ll stop teaching and start selling.
A good chunk of them leave before you get there. Not because they weren’t interested, but because they already know what happens next.
So why aren’t webinars working now!
It's no longer just about giving great content
And this is what you have been doing and you were so generous you have been addressing all the problems and giving them all the answers
And your audience got what they came for. They typed “thank you, this was SO valuable” in the chat and they closed the tab.
A person who has all the answers does not buy. Not because they didn’t like you.
Because you resolved the tension that would have made them move.
The Three Shifts
Framework
So I built something different.
Once I worked out what was going wrong, I went back through everything. All the webinars I'd run. Every one a client had sent me to look at. Every one I'd sat through as a customer and not bought from. I was looking for what the ones that sold had in common.
It wasn't the teaching. It wasn't the offer. It definitely wasn't the size of the list.
It was about leveling open loops and shifting beliefs.
I created the Three Shifts Framework. It isn’t something I was taught by anybody. I worked it out by pulling apart what actually happened in the room, on my stuff and on other people’s. It’s what I now use in the webinars I run.
Each shift moves one belief. Your audience turns up certain they already know why they’re stuck. One at a time, you replace that with something truer, and you hold nothing back explaining it.
And most importantly you don’t close the loop - your offer does that.
INTRODUCING...
Over 5 sessions I will not only teach you the Three Shifts Framework but you will also build your next webinar, with me in the room while you do it.

What a Webinar Is in 2026
Webinars still work. The format you were taught doesn’t. We’ll go through what’s changed, and what a realistic conversion rate actually looks like on a list your size.

The One Question
Every webinar that sells is built around one question its audience really wants answered. This is where you find yours, in your customers’ words rather than your own.

The Three Shifts Framework
A webinar isn’t training. It’s not about teaching, it’s about shifting what people believe, and there’s a proper way to do that. This is where the whole middle of your webinar gets built.

Day / date
The webinar framework that’s set up to sell
You know what you’re covering. Now it goes in the right order. This is where the whole thing gets assembled: where you start, how you move between the shifts, and how the hour builds towards your offer.

Making the Offer
How to move into the offer naturally, without apologising for it, waffling around it, or racing past it so fast nobody notices you made one. Then you’ll watch me do every single thing I’ve just taught you, live, on you.run Q&A without undoing the whole hour.
Webinar workshop planÂ
Can’t make one live? Replays go up after each session. And the workshops are spread over two weeks so that you can get that done and catch up if needed.
This is for you if
You have something to sell and an audience of any size. You’ve either run a webinar that underperformed, or you’ve been putting one off for months because you don’t know what goes in it. And you’re willing to actually write the thing, not just watch me talk about writing it.
This isn’t for you if
You’ve nothing to sell yet. You want a script to copy rather than a method to use. Or you’d be offended by someone teaching properly and then making an offer - because I’m going to do that at the end of the workshop
SINCE WE’RE BEING STRAIGHT
Yes, I’ll make you an offer at the end
At the end of session five I’m going to show you my own gap and my own bridge, live, and then invite you into my bigger programme. I’ll name every move as I make it so you can watch the framework being used on you. Honestly, it’s the most useful twenty minutes of the whole workshop.
Will you still get value if you don’t go on to buy my bigger offer?Â
HELL YES. I am known for going above and beyond in everything I do and anything I ever do, people always say it was more than worth the money. By buying this workshop, you will get all the sessions and everything I teach, whether you decide to buy my bigger offer or not.Â
And the reason I'm telling you this is exactly how I work. I constantly break the fourth wall and explain to you why I'm doing the things I'm doing, and this launch is no different.
Do you have questions?
I’ve done your bootcamp. Is this the same thing?
What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?
Does this work if my audience is tiny?
Is this just for course creators?
What’s the difference between this and the free stuff you put out?
Is VIP worth the extra ÂŁ200?
